Kahawai Sashimi
Kahawai with Wasabi Mayo
400g Kahawai – Slice against the grain in 3-5mm slices
Dressing:
20ml T Kikkoman Soy Sauce
20ml Rice Wine Vinegar
20ml Mirin
Wasabi Mayonnaise:
5g Wasabi
20ml Kepie Mayonnaise
Salad:
Radish finely julienne sliced with a mandolin
Cucumber finely julienne sliced
Arrange Kahawai on your serving plate.
Add a small pile of radish salad and a dollop of your wasabi mayo
Drizzle dressing over salad and fish.
