Snapper with Chilli Dressing
400g Snapper – Slice against the grain in 3-5mm slices
Dressing:
1 T Homemade Chilli oil (Or 1T Rice bran oil and chilli flakes)
1 T Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2T Rice Wine Vinegar
1/2 Radish finely sliced with a mandolin
Garnish:
Coriander leaves
Red Chilli finely sliced
Spring Onion finely sliced
Arrange snapper on the your serving plate with radishes.
Drizzle with dressing and top with garnish
